“Building our future ASL Community Centre”
The goal of establishing Belleville Deaf and Hard of Hearing Centre is to maintain a community and resource centre for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deafened people living in the Belleville region and surrounding areas; to offer programs that enhance their social, cultural, recreational, and educational well-being; to increase public awareness about the Deaf, Deafened and Hard of Hearing community; and to promote and advocate for the best interests of the community.
