The goal of establishing ASL Community Centre is to maintain a community and resource centre for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deafened people residing in the Belleville region and surrounding areas; to offer programs that enhance their social, cultural, recreational, and educational well-being; to increase public awareness about the Deaf, Deafened and Hard of Hearing community; and to promote and advocate for the best interests of the community.
We need a place for our formed unity of deaf and hearing community to get togther for events, educational workshops, resources and services.
